The Stone
Kunzite is a variety of the mineral spodumene, and its delicate pink-to-violet color comes from trace manganese. Discovered in California in 1902 and named after gemologist George Kunz, it's a relatively modern stone with an ancient feel. Known as the stone of emotion and divine love, it's said to open the heart, calm anxiety, and connect the wearer to a deep sense of inner peace. Rare in gem quality, and genuinely beautiful.
